The schedule has been updated in Wodify and the website here to reflect the class changes. Exciting announcements about the 6:00am and 5:15pm classes.
- 6:00am Class taught by Brett Warwick will now be available Monday thru Friday instead of just three days a week.
- 5:15pm MWF Class will now be taught by Sara Val. We are extremely grateful to Kali Cone for her contributions this last year to coaching for the 5:15 class. Many of our members mentioned to me in the last couple weeks how much they will miss the Cone family being part of our gym.
- This week marks the return of the MomFit on Tue/Thur at 9:00am. Wednesday at 9:00am will be a normal CF Open Gym type of class.
- 5:00am Class has been removed from the schedule. Kent Turner is stepping aside from coaching to head out on a mission trip with his church to Uganda and then he’ll spend an extended time in Scotland. Many of the members who attend the early class will miss Kent’s energy in the morning. Kent pushed me to keep working on my squats. He talked about squats so much a couple months ago, that his influence was key for me in selecting the strength program our gym has participated in the last 5 weeks. If your squats and strength have improved, you can thank Kent for that influence. If we get another coach and an overall push to rebuild the 5:00am class, we hope to put the class back on the schedule. Thank you for your patience.
This is also our last week of the 6-Week teen challenge started on July 16. The teens have all done terrific. For some it has been their first time lifting and for others they are training for school sports. Isaiah who attends mentioned that it has helped him significantly for his conditioning to prepare for the Falcon football season.
