How do you do that?

It took me a couple months before I could remember most of the warm-up movements and the terminology of our gym. I’m still learning new things every day. As I drank the kool-aid and got hooked on CrossFit, one thing that fed my interest was looking at the workout the night before. Whenever there was a movement or lifting exercise I couldn’t remember, I would search Google and YouTube with something like “<Movement>” + Crossfit. Chances are there is always a short video of someone explaining the movement. That helped me prepare my mind to listen to my coaches.
